Senior Home Help provides a broad range of Care Services; routine personal assistance, light housekeeping, errands, companion support within the home, during outings, appointments and shopping assistance, as well as respite services.
Senior Home Help’s staff of Registered Nurses, CNA’s and Home Health Aides specialize in care for individuals, 18 years and older, who need assistance in order to remain at home safely and comfortably. Our staff is educated and experienced in addressing the unique needs of our clients. We here at Senior Home Help firmly believe there is no place like home when it comes to comfort. Our Registered Nurses will evaluate and develop an individualized Plan of Care for each client and will provide regular follow up visits to maintain individualized care.
We believe that communication is the key to maintain individualized care and to ensure that the highest level of care is provided for each of our clients at all times. Our Registered Nurses and Administration are always available to discuss your needs and suggestions.
Many of us want to maintain our independence however we need personal care in order to get through our daily routines.
We can help with:
•Bathing and shower care
•Dressing and grooming needs
•Toileting and incontinence care. •Transfer assistance
•Assistance with meals
Many of us need help around the house to maintain our independence at home.
•Light cleaning and housekeeping
•Meal planning and preparation •Laundry and ironing
•Shopping and errands
Companion Care focuses on stimulating positive relationships and engaging the person in activities to fulfill their lives.
•Talking and listening to the person. •Accompany them to appointments and activities.
•Assist with meal preparation and planning for the week.
•Assist with schedule social outings and companionship activities.
These services are intended for a short-term basis in event the primary caregivers are away and need assistance for their loved one. These services include personal care, companion care, and/or homemaker care services. These services are also avail for day, even, night hours.
